Volunteer Groups

Forte is a volunteer group that supports Richmond Ballet through special events and activities. Members may assist in organizing and hosting important fundraisers which are critical to the continuing success and growth of Richmond Ballet, its school and outreach initiatives. Forte brings energetic members of the Richmond community together for spectacular ballet performances and social gatherings throughout the year.

BRAVO (Ballet Resource and Volunteer Organization) is a volunteer organization that exists to support Richmond Ballet and the School of Richmond Ballet with special emphasis on enhancing the dance education and associated opportunities for students. BRAVO volunteers help the School of Richmond Ballet by offering their time, by attending performances and by fundraising. Visit the BRAVO Boutique, located on the first floor of Richmond Ballet, or at the theater during performances, for a vast array of t-shirts, sweat shirts, gifts, posters and more.

Other Unique Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities occasionally arise to assist the administration and production teams in day to day operations and with special projects. Volunteer can also join the Richmond Ballet Street Team, hanging posters and distributing flyers and counter cards.
