On Sunday, February 16,
opening night, February 13, we are proud to partner with Cinderella Dreams and invite patrons to bring a gently-used formal dress to performance to donate to help to make a local student’s prom dress dreams come true.
Since 2006, the Midlothian Junior Women’s Club has been collecting prom dresses, jewelry, shoes, makeup and other prom-related accessories at Richmond-area YMCA branches, Puritan Cleaners and select partner organizations so that young women who may not otherwise be able to attend their proms have the opportunity to make their dreams come to true, and attend their very own “ball” in style. The club hosts an annual “shopping” event in the spring, where these young women can then shop for and select a dress and accessories for prom with only a $5.00 donation. Join Richmond Ballet and Cinderella Dreams and help a make a prom dress dream come true!
