Ballerina Birthday Parties!

Designed for ages 4-10

Standard Package: $300.00 (1 ½ hours)

• Private Party held in Richmond Ballet’s state-of-the-art facility
• Up to 10 party participants ($10.00 charge per additional participant, up to 15 max. 
  
• Please note: ‘party participants’ are any children taking part in the activities provided by Richmond Ballet, including siblings)
• Richmond Ballet party invitations to send to guests
• A choice of three Ballet Themes: Cinderella, Nutcracker, or Sleeping Beauty
  

 The party will include:

      ~ 45 minute studio session with two Ballerinas who will lead participants in a warm-up and movement class, who will demonstrate dances from the theme ballet, and will invite party participants to dance roles of various characters using costumes and props provided by Richmond Ballet.

      ~ 45 minute party room session set up for present opening, birthday
         cake, and refreshments. 

      ~ The Birthday girl will receive a pointe shoe and Richmond Ballet party favor.

Premiere Package: $380.00  (2 hours)

• Includes Standard Package
• Up to 10 party participants ($15.00 charge per additional participant, up to 15 max. 
  
• Please note: ‘party participants’ are any children taking part in the activities provided by Richmond Ballet, including siblings)
• One half hour craft project (making personalized ‘glass slippers’, fairy wands, or tiaras, depending on party theme)
• Each party participant will receive a Richmond Ballet party favor

Purchaser is responsible for:

• Providing any refreshments (cake, drinks, snacks, ice, etc.)
• Providing all paper goods needed (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc.)

Special Notes: Boys are welcome too!  Please let us know if you will have one or more boys attending your party and we will plan accordingly.

Special Birthday Cake offers:

We are happy to offer the catering services of Richmond Ballet dancer, Shira Lanyi, for your Birthday Cake needs.  The following cake options are all hand created by Shira for each party.  Cakes will be decorated to match the party theme, and can be inscribed with a personalized message.

½ Sheet Cake: Serves 15-35 people               $38.00

8” round two layer cake: Serves 6-10 people    $28.00

Cupcakes (min. order of 12)                           $24.00 ($2.00 per additional cupcake)

All cakes are delivered in disposable containers, so you may take home whatever you don’t finish!  Cake orders must be placed with party reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.

How to sign up:

Reservations can be made as far as 3 months in advance.  A non-refundable $75.00 deposit (made out to Richmond Ballet) is due at the time of reservation, and the full balance is due two weeks prior to the party date. Cancelations made less than two weeks from the party date will be held responsible for the full balance.  Please make sure to send in the Reservation form and deposit to:

 *A special 10% discount is offered to all enrolled School of Richmond Ballet students.

Saturday    1:00-2:30/3:00 or 3:30-5:00/5:30
