Manager of Donor Relations
The Manager of Donor Relations’ primary responsibility is planning and executing all aspects of the Richmond Ballet Annual Fund Plan that pertain to individual donors who give $1,500 or less, including direct mail and phone-a-thon campaigns.  This position is also responsible for managing gift data and creating and analyzing fundraising outcomes reports. The Manager of Donor Relations should have a proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people, as well as the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to plan, organize and implement data based fundraising strategies; have a demonstrated ability to establish priorities yet pay close attention to detail;  and possess exceptional project planning and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree required; a minimum of three years of fundraising and/or database management is required along with evidence of proficiency with donor/customer relationship management software and basic analytics.  Dance knowledge and/or experience preferred, but not required.
